Position Overview

We are seeking for an experienced Products Manager to join our Cards Business Division.

By joining this role, you will be part of the Consumer Lending Business Division – and of the Individual Banking Business Unit - responsible for designing new Consumer Lending products & services, creating end-to-end holistic customer value propositions & launching integrated commercial campaigns, aiming at the Cards Business growth & development, contributing to the Bank’s Retail Business profitability.  

 

Your key responsibilities will be:

  • Design & implement new Cards products & services, help fine-tune existing stock portfolios’ products characteristics, to increase cards sales.
  • Participate in formulation, coordination & implementation of acquisition and usage strategies to further grow Cards portfolio (credit / debit / prepaid cards) profitability
  • Plan, develop, implement & evaluate promotional campaigns, to increase cards new acquisition / usage (turnover)
  • Define strategies for cards product / services optimization, customer experience and sales promotions
  • Propose new card products / services, design & execute tailor-made marketing campaigns to increase market penetration, coordinating across Banks Divisions / Sales Channels
  • Closely monitor local & international business trends & developments, so as to identify new business opportunities for Cards Business
  • Work closely with Segments & Sales Channels across Bank, to ensure assigned business targets achievement
  • Ensure compliance with relevant Regulatory requirements & internal policies
  • Manage Cards Business annual Budget, in an effective manner

 

You will be a great candidate if you have:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related disciplines and Master’s degree
  • At least 5 years experience in Product Development, preferably with Card Business product experience (Issuing and / or Acquiring) with a systemic or challenger Bank in Greece or Europe
  • Strong business expertise with excellent project management & problem-solving skills
  • Hands-on skills in PowerPoint & strong presentation skills
  • Customer focused with good communication & interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in spoken & written English
