Position Overview
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Business Optimization & Projects Officer to join Group's Centralised Services and Operations Office, supporting cost monitoring, budgeting, transformation initiatives, reporting, and governance to enhance the Unit's overall performance.
The role ensures accurate information flow, effective follow-up, and high-quality operational support to senior management, while providing exposure to strategic initiatives and collaboration across multiple business units.
In this role, you will support the planning and monitoring of projects across the Unit, covering Loan Administration, Investment Products, Transaction Banking, Procurement, Technical Services, and Real Estate.
Your key responsibilities will be to:
- Support the Transformation 2030 Program by monitoring KPIs, tracking project progress, milestones, and benefit realization, and comparing actual performance against initial targets.
- Monitor in-flight initiatives, thresholds, and commercial model conditions, proactively identifying deviations and triggering bonus/malus mechanisms where applicable.
- Collaborate and coordinate with Process Owners and cross-functional teams, participating in strategic and ad hoc working groups and representing the office when required.
- Contribute to budgeting cycles and Opex monitoring, delivering high-quality reporting (KPIs, SLAs, Audit, VBM), dashboards, variance analyses, and HR cost tracking.
- Manage governance and operational activities, including updating policies and procedures, preparing MoMs and action tracking, maintaining historical data, and producing executive presentations for senior management.
You will be a great candidate if you:
- Have 1–4 years’ experience in relevant areas (project management ,planning, reporting, PMO)
- Hold a Bachelor degree in Business analysis/ Economics/Finance, Engineering or related field
- Are experienced in credit evaluation, loan documentation and syndication procedures
- Have strong analytical and numerical skills
- Are Proficient MS Excel, PowerPoint, familiarity with dashboards/tools (Power BI)
- Are fluent in English language both spoken and written
- Have strong interpersonal and communication skills, collaborative spirit, agility, and can-do attitude.
- Have proactive mindset, reliability, professionalism, ownership and attention to detail
- Qualifications related to Lean Six Sigma (6σ) methodology, considered as asset
