Position Overview
We are seeking an early-career Business Analyst to join our Business Analysis Career Family, part of the Group Organization and Business Analysis unit within Group IT.
This role offers an excellent opportunity for professionals at the early stages of their business analysis career to engage in projects related to diverse products and services. The position involves analyzing business needs, supporting implementation teams, and ensuring the successful delivery of functional solutions.
Your key responsibilities will be:
Understanding and Analyzing Requirements:
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather and comprehend business needs.
- Analyze existing processes related to various products and services to identify areas for improvement.
- Assist in documenting business and technical requirements for new or enhanced services.
Collaboration with Technical Teams:
- Work alongside IT teams to ensure that developed solutions align with business requirements.
- Support the translation of business needs into technical specifications.
Testing and Quality Assurance:
- Participate in the development and execution of test scenarios to validate that solutions meet documented requirements.
- Assist in identifying and resolving issues during the testing phase.
User Support and Documentation:
- Contribute to the creation of user guides and training materials to facilitate the adoption of new system features.
- Provide support to end-users during the implementation of new functionalities.
You will be a great candidate if you have:
- A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Up to 2 years of experience in business analysis, finance, or IT-related roles.
- Interest in various products and services, with a willingness to learn about relevant regulations.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency of the MS Office suite (incl. Visio, Microsoft project).
- Familiarity with development methodologies (waterfall & scrum/agile).
- Fluency in Greek & English language.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, collaborative spirit, agility and can-do attitude.
