Position Overview
We are seeking motivated professionals to join various teams across different banking units as a Business Analyst. By joining this role, you’ll be part of a dynamic environment where business analysis plays a key role in optimizing processes and enhancing services across functions such as IT, Retail Banking, Corporate & Investment Banking.

As a Business Analyst, you will evaluate business processes, gather and interpret requirements, and provide insights to guide decision-making. You'll also ensure that solutions are aligned with business goals and facilitate effective communication between teams for smooth implementation.

You’ll have the opportunity to collaborate with talented colleagues across different departments, grow your expertise, and contribute to impactful projects that shape the future of banking.

You’ll be a great candidate if you have:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, IT, Engineering, or other relevant fields. Master’s degree in a related field, will be considered as a plus.
• 1-3 years of experience in relevant areas such as business analysis, process optimization, project management, and/or data analysis.
• Project management, problem-solving skills and strong analytical mindset.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluency in English (both verbal and written).
