Position Overview

We are seeking for a dynamic Business Analyst to join our Risk Management Business Analysis team, within our Group IT Organization & Business Analysis unit.

 

By joining this role, you’ll play an active role in business, risk and technology initiatives, contributing to projects across Risk Management, Finance and Regulatory domains.

The role offers exposure to transformation and regulatory initiatives, while providing the opportunity to collaborate with Business Units, Risk Management, Finance and IT teams across the Bank.

 

Your key responsibilities will be:

  • Analyze, document and manage business and functional requirements.
  • Collaborate with Business and IT stakeholders to support the design and implementation of business solutions.
  • Perform impact analysis, prepare functional specifications and support testing activities.
  • Monitor project deliverables, dependencies, issues and timelines.
  • Participate in transformation and regulatory initiatives across Risk Management and Finance.
  • Facilitate effective communication and alignment between Business and Technology teams.

 

You will be a great candidate if you:

  • •  Have 3-6 years of experience in Business Analysis, Banking, Risk, Finance or related transformation roles.
  • •  Hold a Bachelor's degree in Economics, Finance, Business Administration, Engineering, Computer Science or another relevant discipline. 
  • •  Have experience in requirements analysis and system implementation projects.
  • •  Understand banking products and lending, risk or finance-related processes.
  • •  Demonstrate strong analytical, problem-solving and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to analyze business and regulatory data and assess impacts across processes and systems.
  • •  Are able to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a dynamic environment.
  • •  Are highly proficient in Microsoft Office applications and demonstrate excellent communication skills in both Greek and English.

 

It would be considered an asset if you:

•  Have exposure to Risk Management (Credit and Market), Regulatory Reporting, Capital Adequacy, Credit Risk or Finance-related processes.

•  Have experience participating in regulatory, transformation or technology initiatives.

•  Have related Master's degree or professional certification.

•  Have knowledge of SQL and/or Python.
