Position Overview

We are seeking for an experienced Investment Services Business Analyst to join our Investment Services Business Analysis Team which is part of the Group Organization and Business Analysis in Group IT.

 

By joining this role, you will be responsible for:

  1. conducting a targeted and comprehensive business analysis of the functional requirements arising from projects related to investment products/services, identifying, and highlighting potential challenges and opportunities. The analysis will take into account obligations and interdependencies regarding the regulatory and legal framework, as well as operational risk issues.

  2. ensuring the accuracy and completeness of the deliverables, based on the agreed functional requirements, within predefined timeframes.

 

Your key responsibilities will be:

Collection and Analysis of Investment Products/Services’ Requirements:

  • Understanding the needs of stakeholders (internal units, customers).

  • Analysis of existing processes related to investment products/services and identification of changes required to meet stakeholder needs.

  • Document functional and technical requirements for the implementation or upgrade of investment products and services.

Communication and Support of Implementation Teams:

  • Working with technical teams to ensure that the solutions developed meet the documented functional and technical requirements.

Quality Test Implementation:

  • Enhancement of the test scenarios based on the specified requirements.

  • Execution of integration test to ensure that the functional requirements documented in the context of the project are met.

Information for Users of Investment Systems:

  • Framing the new functionalities with supporting material to inform and familiarize users.

 

You will be a great candidate if you:

  • Have at least 3 years of relevant professional experience as an investment business analyst.

  • Hold a Bachelor or higher degree (focus on Business Administration, Finance & Accounting, Product Development, IT or on a related field).

  • Hold a Certification of Bank of Greece in Investment Services (b, c, e, f1 and f2).

  • Are experienced in Wealth and Investment products and regulations (e.g MiFID, EMIR).

  • Have advanced analytical and conceptual skills.

  • Are familiar to both waterfall & scrum/agile methodology.

  • Are Proficient of the MS Office suite.

  • Are fluent in Greek and English language.

  • Have strong interpersonal and communication skills, collaborative spirit, agility and can-do attitude.
