Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst –Customer Centered Design & AI Initiatives to join our Customer-Centered Design & Process Automation Team, part of the Group Organization & Business Analysis Unit under the Group IT General Division.
By joining this role, you will be part of a team acting as an internal consulting unit, partnering with business areas across the Group to redesign processes, improve operating models, enhance customer journeys, and enable transformation initiatives — including RPA and Generative AI use cases. You will contribute to high-impact re-engineering projects, combining human-centered methodologies with structured business analysis and AI opportunity assessment.
As a Business Analyst, you will help shape how teams operate, how value flows across the organization, and how emerging technologies such as GenAI are responsibly embedded into business processes.
Your key responsibilities will be:
- Leading or co-leading cross-functional re-engineering projects.
- Analyzing and redesigning end-to-end processes, value streams, customer journeys, and operating models (AS-IS to TO-BE).
- Applying human-centered methodologies (Design Thinking, Service Design, Lean) to uncover pain points and generate practical, scalable solutions.
- Identifying simplification and automation opportunities, including RPA and Generative AI use cases.
- Conducting AI opportunity analysis, assessing business value, feasibility, data readiness, risks, and compliance implications.
- Translating business needs into clear functional and non-functional requirements for digital, automation, and AI solutions.
- Facilitating workshops using Design Thinking and structured problem-solving approaches.
- Acting as liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams (IT, Data, AI), ensuring clarity, alignment, and value realization.
- Supporting change adoption through stakeholder engagement, communication planning, and training support.
You will be a great candidate if you:
- Have 2–5 years of relevant experience in Banking or Consulting roles.
- Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Information Systems, Economics, or related field (Master’s degree is a plus).
- Hold professional qualifications in Business Analysis, Lean, Agile, Change Management, Design Thinking, or Service Design methodologies.
- Have experience in process mapping, Value Stream Mapping, customer journey design, or operating model analysis.
- Have interest or exposure in Automation (RPA) or AI/GenAI initiatives (use-case analysis, requirements definition, or pilot support).
- Are proficient in MS Office (especially PowerPoint and Excel).
- Are fluent in English.
- Demonstrate structured thinking, analytical rigor, and the ability to synthesize complexity into clear insights.
- Have experience leading or coordinating teams or projects, in-person or virtually.
