Position Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Budgeting Analyst to join our Retail Financial Planning & Reporting team. This position requires strong technical skills in Power BI, as well as proficiency in MS Office applications. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in business, enabling them to deliver insightful reports and analyses that drive strategic decision-making across the organization.
Your key responsibilities will be:
- Analyze complex data sets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that support commercial strategies.
- Develop, maintain, and optimize commercial reports and dashboards using Power BI.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather reporting requirements and ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Prepare and present clear and concise reports for stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Utilize advanced functions in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) to create impactful presentations and documentation.
- Conduct ad-hoc analysis as needed to support business initiatives and performance tracking.
You will be a great candidate if you:
- Have a minimum of 3 years of relevant working experience in a similar role..
- Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field. Postgraduate studies will be considered as an additional asset.
- Have experience with Power BI or similar reporting tools to create visualizations and dashboards.
- Have excellent skills in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
- Have proven experience in a commercial reporting or data analysis role.
- Have strong analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail.
- Have ability to communicate complex data insights in a clear and concise manner.
- Have strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks effectively.
- Are fluent in English language.
