Position Overview

We are seeking for a Budgeting & Reporting Officer to join Budget & MIS Dept., within Group Procurement.

By joining this role, you’ll be part of Budget & MIS Dept. which is responsible for providing a range of financial management services, including budgeting, planning, forecasting, reporting, while safeguarding that all financial data are accurate and complete, in compliance with the applicable International Accounting Standards (IAS).

Your key responsibilities will be:

  • Monitor and review monthly Capital Expenditures (CapEx) budget, preparing periodic reports for management.
  • Analyze, monitor, and report Operational Expenditures (OpEx) budget excesses for administrative expenses.
  • Support business planning, performance monitoring, and cost accounting processes.
  • Provide ad-hoc support on operational tasks, projects, and financial reporting activities.
  • Modify requisitions for goods and services through our cloud-based e-procurement platform.
  • Ensure compliance with financial policies and maintain ethical communication across all interactions.

You will be a great candidate if you:

  • Have 3 years of experience in financial management, budgeting, cost accounting, or reporting.
  • Hold a BSc in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
  • Have a strong analytical and problem-solving mindset, with the ability to interpret financial data and generate insights.
  • Possess excellent organizational skills, including prioritization, time management, and the ability to meet deadlines under pressure.
  • Are proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.), with ERP knowledge (SAP) considered a plus.
  • Communicate effectively and collaborate smoothly across teams and stakeholders.
