Position Overview
We are seeking for an experienced Branch Network Professional for the position of Branch Manager, based in Chios.
The role involves business planning, people management, customer relationship and financial management to drive the Branch's success and contribute holistically to the success of the Area Market.
Your key responsibilities will be:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets for various banking products and services.
- Supervise, motivate, coach, and develop branch staff to ensure their engagement and upskilling.
- Lay the customer at the forefront to guarantee an exceptional customer experience
- Manage daily branch operations ensuring compliance with all banking regulations, policies, and procedures to mitigate operational risks.
- Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and collaboration.
You will be a great candidate if you:
- 8 years’ work experience in the Branch Network and/or v-banking and at least 2 years in positions such as Senior RM, Senior BO, PB RM / RBB RM and Assistant Head of Business Development.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration or other field of studies. Postgraduate degrees will be considered an additional qualification.
- Consistently high performance in the last 2 years.
- Hold professional certifications in bancassurance, investment products and/or SB.
- High level of digital literacy and analytical abilities, excellent knowledge of business systems and platforms.
- Good knowledge of English (written and verbal communication).
- Focus on self-development and continuous learning.
