Position Overview
We are seeking for a Branch Banking Officer to join our Branch in Paros island, within our Retail network.
By joining this role, you’ll be part of the Branch network and you will be responsible for the excellent service to customers who transact daily with at the branch.
Your key responsibilities will be
- Timely investigation of customer needs and offering solutions and proposals within the framework of advisory service (cross selling)
- Control the Cashier, ATMs, APS, to ensure the reconciliation of cash / documents and manage the Central Cashier
- Satisfy customer inquiries ensuring a high level of service
- Monitor and investigate the development in the market and competition, to inform the customers properly and manage, guide and develop the assigned clientele through the analysis of customers' financial data
- Support the Branch Manager and Senior Branch Banking Officer in completing daily tasks
You will be a great candidate if you:
- Have 2 - 5 years of work experience in finance/ insurance or retail industry; work experience in a banking organization will be considered an additional qualification
- Hold a Bachelor’s degree in finance/ business administration. A postgraduate degree will be considered an additional advantage
- Are Proficient in computer operations (MS Office) and familiar with digital communication channels
- Are fluent in English language
