Position Overview

We are seeking for a Branch Banking Officer to join our Branch in Kos island, within our Retail network.

By joining this role, you’ll be part of the Branch network and you will be responsible for the excellent service to customers who transact daily with at the branch.

Your key responsibilities will be:

• Timely investigation of customer needs and offering solutions and proposals within the framework of advisory service (cross selling).
• Control the Cashier, ATMs, APS, to ensure the reconciliation of cash / documents and manage the Central Cashier.
• Satisfy customer inquiries ensuring a high level of service.
• Monitor and investigate the development in the market and competition, to inform the customers properly and manage, guide and develop the assigned clientele through the analysis of customers' financial data.
• Support the Branch Manager and Senior Branch Officer in completing daily tasks.

You will be a great candidate if you have:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration or other field of studies. Postgraduate degrees will be considered an additional qualification.

• 1-3 years of relevant professional experience in finance/ insurance or retail industry; work experience in a banking organization will be considered an additional qualification.

• Professional certifications Bancassurance it will be considered as an additional qualification.  

• Proficiency in MS Office and familiar with digital communication channels.

• Excellent command of Greek and English.
