Programme Overview
BeAPro is designed to identify and develop high-potential early-career professionals and support them in building a fast-track career within Eurobank.
Through a structured development journey, the programme provides exposure to critical business areas, engagement in high-visibility projects and the foundation to develop technical and core skills required to grow into future leadership roles.
The opportunities offered through the programme span across selected core Banking and Group functions:
- Corporate & Investment Banking (CIB) provides integrated solutions, to large and medium-sized enterprises, designed to cover complex financing and transactional needs as well as excellent customer service for the clients. We offer career opportunities in the units of Large Corporate, Structured Finance, Transaction Banking, Markets, Leasing & Asset Management.
- Group Private Banking provides comprehensive wealth management services, including investment advisory, real estate, wealth planning, and credit to (ultra) high-net-worth clients. With a strong international presence in Luxembourg, London, and Cyprus, and a dedicated team across Greece, the unit focuses on preserving and growing clients’ wealth through a personalized approach tailored to each client’s objectives, risk profile, and business activity. We offer positions at the Athens branch supporting Eurobank Private Bank of Luxemburg.
- Retail / Individual Banking oversees the design, development and management of banking products and services addressed to individual customers. The function focuses on delivering competitive solutions across deposits, lending, cards and digital banking channels, aligned with evolving customer needs and the retail banking strategy. We offer a career opportunity in the lending unit as Product Development Officer.
- Compliance has full responsibility for ensuring that the Group operates in accordance with applicable laws, regulations and internal policies. Acting as a second line of defense, it monitors regulatory compliance across the organization and oversees areas such as anti-money laundering, sanctions compliance and conduct risk. Within this framework we offer the opportunity of the Compliance Officer position.
- Group Sustainability Unit acts as the custodian of the Group’s Sustainability Principles and culture, ensuring sustainability is embedded across operations and decision-making. It coordinates and implements the sustainability strategy, aligning subsidiaries with Group objectives and regulatory requirements, while overseeing Net Zero portfolio strategies and supporting transition plans. The Unit provides advisory support on sustainable finance and broader sustainability matters, leads reporting in line with applicable standards, and manages sustainability ratings, ISO systems, and key initiatives related to emissions, energy, circular economy, and green buildings. A Sustainability Strategy Officer position is offered to support the delivery of the Group’s sustainability strategy.

Who We Are Looking For:
The programme is intended for early-career professionals with 1-3 years of work experience, who demonstrate strong prospects for accelerated growth. Additionally, we want you to have:
- A strong academic background (Master’s degree required) in fields such as Finance, Banking, Business, Accounting, Economics, Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering, Fintech or related disciplines.
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
- A data-oriented mindset and tech savviness.
- Learning agility and growth-mindset.
- Excellent command of the English language.
- Military obligations fulfilled (for male candidates).
- International exposure (studies or professional experience abroad) and involvement in projects within banking, financial services or consulting, will be considered an asset.
