Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced B2B Product Senior Officer to join our Embedded Banking Team, part of the Corporate & Investment Banking Division.

By joining this role, you will define and communicate the product strategy and priorities in alignment with Embedded Banking goals. You will manage prioritization and backlog, support integration projects with partners, and help deliver embedded banking solutions tailored to evolving customer and partner needs.

Your key responsibilities will be:

• Define and maintain the product vision, roadmap, and backlog for Embedded Banking integrations, ensuring alignment with strategic priorities.
• Lead backlog grooming and prioritization based on partner feedback, market trends, and internal objectives.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams (IT, UX, Compliance, etc.) to ensure timely and quality delivery of B2B integrations.
• Act as a key interface with strategic partners to translate business requirements into actionable technical deliverables.
• Support new business development initiatives in collaboration with the B2B Partnerships team
• Collaborate with the B2B Partnerships team on identifying and shaping strategic partnership opportunities.

You will be a great candidate if you:

• Have 5+ years of relevant professional experience in product management, Financial Services, or digital transformation roles.
• Hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Engineering, or related fields.
• Demonstrate excellent understanding of B2B financial services, digital product development, and embedded banking models.
• Have experience in agile delivery, backlog management, and working with cross-functional teams, as well as experience with APIs, fintech platforms, or ERP integrations.
• Possess strong problem-solving skills and a structured approach to managing complex integration projects.
• Are fluent in English.
• Have strong interpersonal and communication skills, a collaborative spirit, agility, and a can-do attitude.
