Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced B2B Partnership Senior Officer to join our Embedded Banking Team, part of the Corporate & Investment Banking Division.
By joining this role, you’ll be part of the team that works with Corporate, Fintech, and Retail partners to build seamless integrations that bring Eurobank’s financial services directly into everyday customer journeys — creating new value for partners and unlocking growth opportunities for the bank. You will be responsible for leading partner engagements, shaping strategic collaborations, and working cross-functionally to ensure successful delivery of joint initiatives that support our Embedded Banking growth strategy.
Your key responsibilities will be:
- Define and communicate the strategic direction of B2B partnerships in line with the Embedded Banking agenda.
- Identify, evaluate, negotiate, and close partnerships with fintechs, corporates, and retail ecosystem players.
- Build and manage long-term partner relationships, monitoring performance against objectives and resolving any challenges that arise.
- Collaborate with internal teams (product, legal, risk, compliance) to support smooth onboarding and integration of partners.
- Track market trends, regulatory developments, and competitive activity to uncover new partnership opportunities.
You will be a great candidate if you:
- Hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
- Have 5+ years of relevant professional experience in corporate banking, B2B sales, partnerships management, or fintech integration roles.
- Demonstrate excellent understanding of B2B financial services and embedded banking models. Experience working with fintechs, digital platforms, or ERP providers is a plus
- Possess strong negotiation, relationship management skills and familiarity with commercial terms, contracts, or deal structuring is desirable.
- Are experienced in backlog management and agile delivery methodologies.
- Have strategic thinking with the ability to spot market trends and growth opportunities.
- Are proficient in English.
- Have strong interpersonal and communication skills, a collaborative spirit, agility, and a can-do attitude.
