Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Auto Lending Product Manager to join our Consumer & Auto Loans Team within our Individual Banking Segment.

By joining this role, you will be part of the Consumer Lending Business Division, responsible for designing new Auto Lending solutions & services that integrate new market trends, creating end-to-end, agile customer-centric value propositions, aiming at the Auto Loans Business growth & development, contributing to the Bank’s Retail Business profitability.  

Your key responsibilities will be to:

• Design & implement new Auto Financing products & services, help fine-tune existing stock portfolios’ products characteristics, to increase sales.
• Participate in formulation, coordination & implementation of strategies to further grow Auto Loans portfolio profitability & volumes
• Identify trends in both local & international auto market, understand customer & dealer needs, and explore opportunities for new products/features/services.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams including Sales Channels & Segments to ensure assigned business targets and leverage technology for enhanced product features
• Collaborate with tech teams to enhance product offerings, provide innovative solutions & navigate market challenges

You will be a great candidate if you have:

• Bachelor’s or Postgraduate degree in Business related disciplines

• 5 - 8 years of experience in Product Development in the Greek / European Auto Industry
• Strong knowledge of the Greek auto market structure & dynamics, brand loyalty & consumer behavior, supply chains, “pre” and “post”- sales services
• Business expertise with excellent project management, problem-solving skills and a focus on continuous improvement
• Adaptability and customer focus attitude, with good communication & interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in spoken & written English
• Ability to work in cross-functional teams under pressure & tight deadlines
