Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst to join our CIB IT Projects & Processes team, within Business Development & Operational Efficiency in Corporate & Investment Banking.

By joining this role, you’ll be part of the CIB IT Projects & Processes team and you will be responsible for analyzing business needs, translating them into functional requirements, and supporting the design, enhancement, testing and implementation of existing and new business applications, digital solutions and process improvements across Corporate & Investment Banking, working closely with Business and IT teams.

Your key responsibilities will be:

• Participate in the design and continuous enhancement of existing and new business applications and digital solutions supporting Corporate & Investment Banking processes, translating business needs into clear functional requirements.
• Collaborate with Business and IT teams throughout the project lifecycle, contributing to requirements analysis, solution design, prioritization and implementation of new functionalities and process improvements.
• Participate in the planning, preparation and execution of User Acceptance Testing (UAT), ensuring that business applications and digital solutions meet agreed business requirements and quality standards.
• Support business users in the effective adoption and day-to-day use of business applications and digital solutions, coordinating the resolution of functional issues and contributing to user guidance and training.
• Coordinate with CIB stakeholders to identify, assess and prioritize new IT and digital initiatives, supporting their effective planning and delivery.

You will be a great candidate if you:

• Have at least 3 years of relevant professional experience in Business Analysis, IT/digital projects, process improvement or a similar role, preferably within Banking or Financial Services.
• Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Information Systems, Engineering or a related field; a postgraduate degree will be considered an asset.
• Have experience in analyzing business needs, reviewing and improving business processes, and translating business requirements into functional specifications and solutions.
• Are familiar with project delivery and development methodologies, including Agile ways of working.
• Have strong analytical, problem-solving and organizational skills, with the ability to effectively coordinate and collaborate with multiple stakeholders across Business and IT.
• Are proficient in MS Office.
• Are fluent in Greek and English.
• Have strong interpersonal and communication skills, collaborative spirit, agility and a can-do attitude.
