Position Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized Accessibility Program Officer to join the newly established Accessibility Office within our Customer Experience & Simplification Sector and contribute to driving accessibility transformation and compliance across the Group.

Reporting to the Accessibility Officer, you will support the implementation, coordination, monitoring, and continuous enhancement of the Bank’s accessibility programme. You will work closely with business units, subsidiaries, vendors, and external partners to ensure effective delivery of accessibility initiatives and compliance with applicable accessibility regulations and standards.

 

Your key responsibilities will be:

  • Support the planning, coordination, and monitoring of the Group Accessibility Action Plan and related remediation initiatives
  • Track accessibility compliance activities, milestones, risks, budgets, and remediation actions across business units and subsidiaries
  • Coordinate accessibility governance processes and maintain key documentation, including Technical Files, Accessibility Statements, policies, procedures, standards, and compliance records
  • Prepare accessibility dashboards, KPIs, management reports, ESG-related disclosures, and materials for management committees and governance forums
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders, subsidiaries, vendors, and external consultants to support the implementation of accessibility requirements and the timely execution of remediation plans

 

You will be a great candidate if you:

  • Have at least 3 years of professional experience in project management, PMO, governance, compliance, consulting, customer experience, ESG, risk management, or a related field
  • Hold a Bachelor’s degree or a Master’s degree in a STEM field or Business/ Economics
  • Have experience coordinating cross-functional projects and managing multiple stakeholders in a structured corporate environment
  • Demonstrate strong analytical, organizational, reporting, and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Have experience preparing management reports, presentations, dashboards, and committee materials
  • Are proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
  • Are fluent in Greek and English, both written and spoken
  • Have excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills
  • Previous exposure to accessibility, ESG, regulatory compliance, banking, customer experience, or digital transformation initiatives will be considered an asset
  • Familiarity with accessibility standards and regulations (e.g., WCAG, EN 301 549, European Accessibility Act) will be considered an advantage
